I absolutely loved the charming decoration throughout the hotel. It had a cozy and homely feel, perfect for senior people like myself. The general areas were well-maintained and had comfortable seating areas where I could relax and read a book. The hotel was also easily accessible for senior people, with ramps and handrails in place to assist with mobility.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff, especially for senior people.

The staff was super chill and helpful, always there for us. We rented some sick road bikes from teamdoubleJ and shredded those awesome running trails through the pine trees, it was like being in a movie! And dude, the view from the hotel was insane, we could see all the boats and beaches, so sick! Plus, the hotel has a 24-hour front desk and can hook you up with rad tours, it's perfect for us adventure-seeking teens!

The only thing that could've been better is if the hotel had a cool party zone for us young party animals. Like, imagine if they had a sick rooftop bar or something, that would've been lit!

The breakfast and dinner were included in our half-board package, and we found the food to be of good quality. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Some areas of the garden are a bit shabby and have a lack of parasols for tables, which could be inconvenient for guests wanting to sit outside.

We opted for half board and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Though the variety could have been better, we enjoyed delicious options like cheese, ham, eggs, bacon. Dinner offered a wide selection of fresh vegetables, cheese, meat, fish, potatoes. The hotel is known to host European sportsmen for training, adding to the energetic atmosphere. Additionally, there is a convenient supermarket, "Spar," just a 3-minute walk away. The room was spotless and newly refurbished, with a modern bathroom and a good shower. The staff, especially Estrella at the front desk and the manager, were friendly and helpful. The beds were large and comfortable, and the air conditioning was effective. We also appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the proximity to the beautiful natural beach, Es Carbo.
